Cancellation Policies

All cancellations shall be communicated in writing, Cancellation charges will be as follows:-

i.) For block and group reservations (above 6 rooms) cancelled 14 days prior to arrival are subject to a 50% of the
    total room charge and 7 days before arrival will be subject to 100% of the total room charge.
ii.) For accommodation cancelled or reduced in number between 21 - 14 days from the date of
     accommodation 25% of the rate applicable per bed night cancelled.
iii.) For accommodation reduced in number between 13 - 4 days from the date of accommodation,
     50% of the rate applicable per bed night cancelled.
iv.) In the case of cancellation within 72 hours from the date of accommodation, or in the case of No-show,
     100% of the gross value of the accommodation.
