Golf Days at Karen Country Club are run in the most professional manner possible, with attention to detail and guest service of paramount importance. During pre-planning sessions, the friendly and skilled Events & Golf staff anticipates the needs of members, their guests and tournament participants. All arrangements are handled by our team, from securing caddies, selecting tournament prizes, to creating an atmosphere of enjoyment.
A variety of golf outing packages are available from which to choose and create the experience just right for you and your invited guests.
Conference & Events Facilities
From Grandiose galas, weddings, and meticulous meetings to private parties and social soirees, Karen Country club offer
a wide range of conference and events facilities to cater for all your needs.
Ngong Room
The Ngong Room is the ideal place to
host a wide range of events including conferences, meetings, and private parties. The Ngong Room offers studio-quality sound, audio visual, WIFI connectivity and close proximity to the club house.
A beautiful feature that comes along with the Ngong Room is the open air garden terrace overlooking the first tee which can be used for tea breaks.
JR Martin House
Named after the designer of the golf course, The JR Martin House provides an intimate and private setup for any
event due to its location a short walk from the main club house. The beautifully manicured lawn is ideal for tent set up to accommodate up to 200 people. Inside the house accommodates up to 50 people depending on the setup.
The Boardroom
This is an ultra-modern boardroom located at the main club house and has a capacity of 12 people. The services offered are
full day and half day meeting packages, lunches, dinners and VIP Teas/ Coffee breaks. This room is also the perfect venue for Intimate wine pairing dinners complete with a wine connoisseur.
The Wetlands
A true jewel and pride of Karen Country Club, The wetlands, Situated in the middles of the golf course yet hidden,
is our newest addition to our events venues. It offers an exclusive and serene environment for weddings, galas, cocktail parties and corporate events.
The Fountain Dam
A signature venue for corporate golf days, the Dam is the ideal venue for evening outdoor functions. Overlooking the Clubhouse, the two fountains enhance the ambience of this unique venue especially when lit for evening events. The venue can hold up to 500 guests.
Dinning Venues
Bustani & Garden Restaurant
Overlooking our magnificent golf course, the Bustani & Garden Restaurant has a spectacular view of five different holes. The Restaurant features a diverse menu selection and a coffee bar. This is perfect casual environment to unwind over breakfast, lunch or dinner any day of the week.
Fairway Restaurant
Situated on the second floor of the Clubhouse, The Fairway Restaurant has an open feel and overlooks the Golf Course. The restaurant has an elegant feel, features an exquisite menu and is open for dinner five days a week.
Cocktail Lounge
Adjacent to the Fairway Restaurant, our Cocktail Lounge provides an ideal setting for a cocktail prior to your dinner reservation.
Main Bar
The Main Bar is adjacent to the Bustani Restaurant and overlooks the Garden. It’s cosy atmosphere and friendly staff is the perfect venue to unwind over a cocktail after a long day!
Sundowner
Watch the sun set at the Sundowner Bar!
It’s casual and lively setting with a sports bar feel complete with, music and sports events broadcasting. Enjoy fabulous cocktails and lite bites any day of the week.
